Your role and responsibilities
As a Package Consultant specializing in SAP HR Compensation Management, Payroll, and Benefits, you will assist clients in selecting, implementing, and supporting these modules to achieve expected business results. You will utilize consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Implement Planning and Analysis: Conduct fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support to ensure successful integration of SAP HR Compensation Management, Payroll, and Benefits modules into the client's business environment.
- Resolve Configuration Issues: Identify and resolve configuration and functional business issues related to the Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits modules of SAP HR, ensuring compliance with local regulations and improving employee satisfaction.
