Your role and responsibilities

As a Process Delivery Specialist: Human Resources Operations, you will manage daily transactions related to the client's Human Resources processes and functions within agreed timeframes. You will support the client's strategic goals and operations by applying your knowledge of HR processes to optimize business process support. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Manage HR Transactions: Manage daily transactions related to the client's Human Resources processes and functions within agreed timeframes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services. • Provide Process Support: Apply knowledge of HR processes to optimize business process support, identifying and implementing process improvements to meet both client and IBM requirements. • Handle HR Duties: Perform a wide range of HR duties, including recruitment administration, onboarding, coordination and scheduling, analyst reporting, record maintenance, payroll processing, learning, contact center, and benefits administration. • Lead Team Members: Provide work direction, guide employees on various processes, and act as a point of escalation for team members as a team lead. • Identify Process Improvements: Identify and implement process improvements to meet both client and IBM requirements, optimizing business process support.

Required technical and professional expertise

*The position requires business level Japanese language skills (Speaking & Writing, JLPT N1 level)* *Japanese CV is required.

•    Microsoft Office skills (Excel input and running spreadsheets, Word, Outlook, etc.)

•    Touch typing skills


• Exposure to HR Processes: Familiarity with HR processes and functions, including recruitment administration, onboarding, coordination and scheduling, analyst reporting, record maintenance, payroll processing, learning, contact center, and benefits administration. • Experience Working with Transaction Management: Knowledge of managing daily transactions within agreed timeframes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services. • Understanding of Business Process Support: Basic understanding of applying HR process knowledge to optimize business process support and identifying areas for improvement. • Exposure to Team Leadership: Experience working in a team environment, with some exposure to providing work direction and guidance to team members. • Familiarity with Process Improvement: Basic understanding of identifying and implementing process improvements to meet client and organizational requirements.

•    Experience with business systems used in each project


• Familiarity with HR Systems: Exposure to HR systems and tools used in managing daily transactions and supporting HR processes. • Knowledge of Process Optimization: Basic understanding of identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to optimize business process support. • Exposure to Team Management: Experience working in a team environment with some exposure to providing work direction and guidance to team members.
