Your role and responsibilities

As a Delivery Consultant for Expert Labs Data Platform - AI, you will play a key role in implementing and delivering AI solutions to customers. Your expertise will enable customers to successfully integrate AI solutions into their operations. Your primary responsibilities will include: 

• Implement AI Solutions: Install and upgrade AI solutions at customer sites, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. 

• Educate Customers: Provide training and education to customers on AI solutions, empowering them to effectively utilize the technology. 

• Support Production Deployment: Assist customers in moving AI solutions from development to production environments, ensuring successful deployment and operation. 

• Collaborate with Customers: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored AI solutions that meet their requirements.

Required technical and professional expertise

• AI Solution Implementation: Exposure to implementing and installing AI solutions, with the ability to ensure seamless integration and functionality. 

• Technical Training Delivery: Experience working with customers to provide training and education on AI solutions, enabling effective utilization of the technology. 

• Production Deployment Support: Exposure to assisting customers in moving AI solutions from development to production environments, ensuring successful deployment and operation. 

• Customer Needs Analysis: Experience working with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored AI solutions that meet their requirements. 

• AI Solution Integration: Exposure to integrating AI solutions into customer operations, enabling successful adoption and usage.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• AI Solution Customization: Exposure to tailoring AI solutions to meet specific customer needs, with the ability to adapt and configure the technology to ensure seamless integration and functionality. 

• Advanced AI Integration: Experience working with customers to integrate AI solutions into complex operational environments, enabling successful adoption and usage. 

• Technical Troubleshooting: Exposure to resolving technical issues related to AI solution implementation, with the ability to analyze and resolve problems efficiently.
