Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $174000 - $253000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
Canada: $182000 - $187000 (CAD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with select, strategic customers to design, co-develop, debug, and deploy AI agents and solutions.
  • Act as a high-level problem solver, empowered to write bespoke code, develop custom tooling, and contribute directly to the core product codebase.
  • Systematize learnings from customer engagements working with team members to create reusable tools, robust documentation, and accelerators.
  • Serve as a critical feedback loop to core Product and Engineering teams, synthesizing field insights to influence strategy.
  • Provide technical guidance on agent improvement, performance tuning, CI/CD pipelines, and production readiness.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with artificial intelligence, distributed systems, large language models, and high performance computing.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in software development.
  • 5 years of experience testing/launching software products and 3 years of experience software design/architecture.
  • 5 years of experience with speech/audio, reinforcement learning, or ML infrastructure.
  • Experience working with customer teams.
