As the Associate Manager for the Swiss Cloud Security team, you will manage a new, high-impact regional unit. You will oversee the full spectrum of security operations for the region, ensuring our infrastructure mirrors the technical excellence of our global commercial divisions while meeting stringent local regulatory requirements (FINMA). We are looking for a hands-on manager who can build a high-performing team from the ground up and possesses extensive experience in leading technical engineering solutions.

What you will do:

• Team Management: Manage a multi-functional team responsible for the four core pillars of our operations: General Security Operations & Admin, Vulnerability Management, Threat Hunting & Detection Engineering, and Incident Response.
