Overview
The Training Manager in our department will lead our customer facing training team. The Training Manager oversees a team of Training Specialists responsible for delivering high-quality customer training and education experiences. This role is accountable for the strategic execution of training programs that support product adoption, customer success, and internal enablement. As a player-coach, the Training Manager leads by example, manages day-to-day operations, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, coach, and project manager who thrives on cross-functional collaboration and creating scalable, impactful learning solutions.
This is a full-time remote role with a base salary of $74,400-$80,000 and 12.5% bonus potential
