Overview
This is a new role in the Construction and Utilities business unit. This role will report to the Director/VP Business Development with a dotted line supervisor on the Customer Success Team. This role is critical to support the continued development of technical integrations with existing partners as well as onboarding new partners. This role will serve as the US-based, front line technical integration expert across Eagleview’s APIs and integrated partner workflows. This role will be remotely based in the US with travel required to Customer/Partner sites for integration planning and ongoing customer support. This role will collaborate with Eagleview’s Engineering and Product teams in supporting the expansion of our Partner integration programs. This role will be be a facliltation and adoption role that will provide white-glove engagement and will be critical to providing a better experience for customer/partner integrations and to speeding up time-to-market to bring dollar one revenue earlier in the sales cycle.
