About the Team
The Consumer Discovery Team is the heart of how our customers engage with DoorDash in our app. We’re focused on building and scaling new features, bringing products to market and truly turning DoorDash into the everyday app for customers. The Consumer Discovery Team supports the entire marketplace - across Restaurants, New Verticals and Emerging Bets.
About the Role
As a Senior Manager of the Consumer Discovery Strategy & Operations team, you will be responsible for defining, executing and building in-app experiences for our entire marketplace. From bringing AI-forward solutions into our app to refining our go-to-market playbook, you’ll work cross-functionally across other teams within strategy & operations, product, engineering, analytics, marketing and so many others! You will manage a team of direct and indirect reports and report into a Director on our Marketplace Strategy & Operations team.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
- Build. You’ll have your fingerprints all over our consumer app - you’ll do whatever it takes to launch, get 1% better every day, and scale something completely new. This means everything from high-level strategy to nitty-gritty operational details.
- Strategize. From first principles, you’ll develop the optimal strategy for best serving our customers.
- Experiment. You’ll transform strategies into operational experiments that create measurable and actionable outcomes, informing your larger initiative implementation plans.
