Within our Forward Deployment Engineering (FDE) Unit, the Advisory AI Strategist is a trusted advisor who helps customers move from pilots to production AI, while building sustainable AI operating models and business outcomes.
What You’ll Achieve
You will work closely with customer stakeholders and Dell teams to frame AI problems, remove organizational blockers, and design practical ways of working so AI solutions can scale on Dell infrastructure and across the Dell AI Factory portfolio.
You will:
- Shape and lead AI engagements in key accounts, partnering with account teams and senior customer stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.
- Translate customer AI ambitions, challenges, and constraints into clear problem statements and actionable roadmaps.
- Lead AI discovery and problem-framing efforts to identify blockers to adoption and value realization.
- Co-design AI operating models and governance (roles, decision rights, pilot-to-production processes) that enable secure, compliant scaling.
- Align business, IT, data, and risk stakeholders through structured workshops, decision mapping, and consistent engagement rhythms.
- Partner with AI Architects, Data Specialists, and Sales leaders to define scope, success criteria, and readiness for proofs of value and production deployment.
- Strengthen Dell’s AI Factory strategy by contributing field insights, supporting account governance, and mentoring team members on AI engagement best practices.
