They directly advise customers on everything from product features and configurations, through to pricing and availability. Crucially, however complex the question, they’re ready to deliver technical solutions to meet customers’ needs via phone, chat, web or email.
What you’ll achieve:
As a Specialist, you will learn the portfolio and assist with quoting, configuration checks, and availability confirmations. You will prepare pricing and product information for Inside Sales representatives and customers. You will build foundational skills in communication, systems, and customer service.

You will:- Create simple quotes and verify SKU details, promotions, and delivery dates.
- Respond to routine inquiries via phone/chat/web/email with clear, friendly updates.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM; follow SOPs and work instructions.
- Seek feedback and participate in training to grow capability.

Essential Requirements
- 1+ years of related experience
- Attention to detail and strong customer service mindset.
- Basic configuration understanding and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency with Excel and documentation tools.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills.
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering or related field.
- Exposure to sales tools or helpdesk/ticketing systems.
