Consultant, Solutions Architecture

The Dell Technologies Services Lab Support Engineering team supports over 30,000 services professionals in over 100 locations around the world across hundreds of millions of customer devices. This team supports direct customer revenue & engineering operations for a $720M Services business as well as maintaining vital engineering infrastructure, cybersecurity compliance and provides global infrastructure engineering and transformation leadership.

What you’ll achieve

As a Consultant in Solutions Architecture, you’ll provide practical guidance and tools that help execute solution improvements. You’ll analyze operations, develop interventions and coordinate program execution.

You will:

Provide global engineering thought leadership on infrastructure, tools, processes, and business management opportunities
Drive compliance with cybersecurity and other related policies and standards
Build dashboards and reports translating data into insights
Develop toolkits and communications to drive transformation and promote change adoption

Essential Requirements:

12+ Years in a senior engineering leadership role and 3+ years in cybersecurity or compliance role
Strong analytical and writing skills; ability to synthesize complex information
Experience partnering with leaders on architecture initiatives
Comfort with integration/platform tooling and BI
Clear communication and professional presence

Desirable Requirements:

Typically requires 12+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree; or 8+ years with a Master's degree; or 5+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
Understanding of systems integration industry and/or PMP or ITIL Foundation certification
