The Engineering Manager for the Clustering Platform team will own and evolve the systems that power Chainalysis's core clustering capabilities — how we link blockchain addresses to real-world entities at scale. You'll lead a high-performing engineering team, shape the next-generation clustering architecture, and partner closely with data and product teams to keep our platform ahead of an ever-changing industry.
In this role, you’ll:
Build, lead, and mentor a team of talented engineers focused on clustering infrastructure and data systems.
Drive the technical vision and roadmap for the Clustering Platform, balancing reliability, scalability, and speed of iteration.
Partner with data producers, consumers, and product stakeholders to deliver a world-class developer and data science experience.
Establish engineering processes, tooling, and best practices that accelerate the team and the broader organization.
