Primary Function:
Sustain and optimize wafer-level test processes by monitoring production, addressing process issues, and driving continuous improvement. Provide technical support to maintain yield, quality, and equipment reliability in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment. Streamline and optimize probe and wafer level test processes. Establish automated process controls to improve efficiency, reduce human error in Probe and WLT operations
 

Educational Background
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field from an accredited institution.


Experience
• Entry-level: No professional experience required. Internship or project experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, or mechanical design is an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Understanding of process control principles and data analysis
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with package-level test equipment and production operations
  • Knowledge of SolidWorks or AutoCAD, and ability to perform mechanical modeling or simulation, is an advantage
     

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor and sustain day-to-day package-level test processes during production
  • Investigate and resolve process issues to minimize downtime and improve yields
  • Analyze production/test data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions
  • Support process qualifications, engineering evaluations, and the introduction of new products
  • Document and communicate process changes and improvement activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Equipment, Quality, Manufacturing, Product Engineering) for issue resolution
  • Contribute to the design or improvement of mechanical fixtures or tooling as needed, utilizing SolidWorks/AutoCAD skills when applicable
