THE ROLE:
As a Senior Signal Integrity Engineer for Data Center GPU Systems, you will be responsible for ensuring that AMD’s next-generation products deliver industry-leading reliability, performance, and efficiency. You will drive the design and validation of high-speed interfaces, ensuring that all board materials, stack-ups, connectors, and signal integrity considerations are optimized to meet the most demanding datacenter requirements.
In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers to push the boundaries of performance and time-to-market while ensuring the manufacturability of the final product. Your deep technical expertise in signal integrity, SERDES tuning, and high-speed design will be critical in delivering innovative, cost-effective, and high-quality products.
