THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Regional Adaptive Embedded Group Director, this customer quality engineering role will support customer quality engagements across several AMD markets for board and component products.

THE PERSON:

We are looking for a strong communicator who can work with new product introduction support, manage quality perception, and manage customer issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• New product introduction support.
• Support marketing messaging related new product release for components & boards.
• Remove customer qualification barriers to new product sales including characterization, testing, reliability, and environmental.
• Work with support, design, product, and test engineering to drive customer 8D resolution and preventive action.
