The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) Industry team is seeking an experienced ProServe Area Delivery Leader (PADL) with global responsibility for our Engagement Management capability. This senior leadership role will have responsibility for building, scaling, and evolving the ProServe Industry Engagement Management capability. The PADL-EM will have responsibility for all Engagement Management delivery activities globally, ensuring optimal support while maximizing team utilization and revenue performance. You'll report to the Geo Delivery Leader serving as a strategic advisor to customers, partners, and internal AWS teams. As a PADL-EM you will coach, manage, and guide our Engagement Management - Delivery Practice Managers (DPMs) and their teams, to ensure they are providing best in class Engagement Management to our customers. Routinely engaging with C-level executives within our customers, you will be responsible for ensuring Area SDTs work closely with partner teams; drive business development initiatives through thought leadership; provide portfolio guidance and oversight; and meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
