【マーチャント・コンサルタントとは】
マーチャント・コンサルタントは、Amazonプラットフォームに商品を出品している販売事業者様向けに提供している有料のコンサルティングサービスプログラムを担います。具体的には、販売事業者様の経営戦略や事業戦略を踏まえた上で、課題を特定し、戦略的アドバイスを行ってAmazon.co.jp上での売上最大化を目指します。

【具体的な業務内容】
・担当としてアサインされた複数の販売事業者様に対して、専任コンサルタントとして戦略的プランを策定
（本ポジションは、「Electronics & IT Solutions」という商品群（総合家電）を主に扱う既存の販売事業者を担当します）。
・売上実績分析～必要な具体的戦略プラン策定～実行サポート（定期的なビジネスレビューの実施）
・戦略的アドバイスおよび実践的なコーチング
・最新プログラム情報提供

～戦略的アドバイス例～
・購入転換率向上（商品ページ改善・プライシング）
・プロモーション（セールイベント提案）
・広告最適化（スポンサー広告提案）
・品揃えの拡充（新商品立ち上げサポート）
・在庫・物流の最適化（在庫切れ要因分析・配送委託提案）
・ブランディング提案（ブランド登録・分析・ストア作成）
・販路拡大（グローバル展開・アマゾンビジネス）

【主なKPI】
販売事業者様のサービスへの満足度、販売事業者様のマーチャント・コンサルタントへの満足度、出品商品数とその配送品質、広告やセール実施により新たに生み出された売上等。

Amazon Marketplace Paid Services (AMPS)

Are you interested in innovating to deliver a world-class service to Amazon’s Selling Partners in Japan?

The Amazon Marketplace Paid Services (AMPS) is seeking for a dynamic and motivated Merchant Consultant to further grow our Paid Service programs. The Merchant Consultant is responsible for working with our accounts to help them grow their business on Amazon by providing strategic recommendations, and scale our service by building mechanisms with a strong data-driven analytical view. We work closely with teams across US, EU and China to invent and innovate to grow the program, improve seller engagement and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is comfortable influencing senior-level external stakeholders, possesses strong sales skills, has a track record of using data and tools to drive business growth and is comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment.

Basic Qualifications

- 【基本条件】
- 教育レベル：大卒以上
- 職務経験：法人営業、アカウントマネジメント、ビジネスコンサルティング、インサイドセールス、マーケティングなどの実務経験4年以上
- PCスキル：Microsoft Excel でのデータ集計・分析、Microsoft Word での文書作成
- 日本語：ネイティブ レベル
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years’ experience in business role requiring to negotiate with the outside. e.g. sales/account management/business consultant
- Analytical skills with experience using Microsoft Excel (e.g. vlookup, pivot) and BI tools.
- Fluent level Japanese, both verbal and written skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights
- Experience in digital advertising and client facing roles
