Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a highly effective candidate to identify, create, develop and integrate innovative memory based technology to deliver the best operating, lowest cost infrastructure in the world. AWS is seeking a Memory Technologist that lives, eats and breathes memory innovation. You will work with many engineering teams, in and outside of AWS, to create new products. You will lead the technical product strategy of memory technologies (DRAM, HBM and new emerging memory) and products to better meet our customers rapidly growing infrastructure needs in both Compute and GenAI. You are expected to bring strong knowledge of Semiconductor technology/process and proven ability to drive product roadmaps from concept through mass production. Unbound by the status quo of today’s technology landscape, you will lead and own key strategic projects and ensure successful completion. Primary Responsibilities: - Develop silicon based product strategy for AWS hardware infrastructure. - Develop deep understanding of DRAM, NAND Memory Industry initiatives, and technology - Identify key technology trends in the industry and drive supplier product roadmaps and execute on strategic initiatives in those products - Negotiate and implement complex supplier agreements and contracts by working with cross-functional stakeholders. - Provide weekly core-team updates, deliver…
