from Amazon careersDescription The Head of AU Learning Programs leads a team of 10-12 hourly and salaried learning professionals across three verticals — Leader Onboarding & Technical Development, Field Content, Compliance & Automation, and Launch Learning — to design and deliver scalable, digital-first learning experiences across all miles of AU Operations (Fulfilment Centres, Sort Centres, Delivery Stations, and On-The-Road). This role is the architect of capability development across the entire AU delivery network, ensuring leaders and associates are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and tools to execute with excellence. The scope spans leader academy programs, field learning automation, content governance, and end-to-end launch readiness for new buildings. This is a 18-month fixed-term opportunity covering a period of parental leave, offering a high-impact leadership role at the centre of the AU Operations learning agenda.
