Sr. Quality Manager, Worldwide Grocery

Job description

The WW Grocery team is looking for an entrepreneurial, experienced, and analytical Senior Quality Manager. You will join a dynamic, fast-paced, fun and collaborative work environment where you will help build and scale our business within both physical stores and online channels. This role ensures that products are consistently produced and delivered to our customers to our quality expectations. You will be expected to drive activities across several stakeholder teams including Product Management, Sourcing, Product Development, Food Safety, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and suppliers to ensure the maintenance of quality expectations for our food beverage products. This position will focus on monitoring product performance of launched products, managing trend analysis and escalation mechanisms, and facilitate process improvement initiatives with suppliers and internal cross-functional teams. This position will focus on developing benchmarking mechanisms to assess category and subcategory performance and reporting mechanisms to track quality performance metrics. The position will require resourcefulness and creativity to learn new tools and systems to identify opportunities to drive automation and simplification of data management.
