【マーチャント・コンサルタントとは】
マーチャント・コンサルタントは、Amazonプラットフォームに商品を出品している販売事業者様向けに提供している有料のコンサルティングサービスプログラムを担います。具体的には、販売事業者様の経営戦略や事業戦略を踏まえた上で、課題を特定し、戦略的アドバイスを行ってAmazon.co.jp上での売上最大化を目指します。
Key job responsibilities
【具体的な業務内容】
・1人最大約15社を担当し、専任コンサルタントとして戦略的プランを策定
・売上実績分析～必要な具体的戦略プラン策定～実行サポート（定期的なビジネスレビューの実施）
・最新プログラム情報提供
・戦略的アドバイスおよび実践的なコーチング
～戦略的アドバイス例～
・品揃えの拡充（新商品立ち上げサポート）
・販路拡大（グローバル展開・アマゾンビジネス）
・広告最適化（スポンサー広告提案）
・購入転換率向上（商品ページ改善・プライシング）
・プロモーション（セールイベント提案）
・ブランディング提案（ブランド登録・分析・ストア作成）
・在庫・物流の最適化（在庫切れ要因分析・配送委託提案）
【主なKPI】
販売事業者様のサービスへの満足度、販売事業者様のマーチャント・コンサルタントへの満足度、出品商品ページの質、出品商品数とその配送品質、広告やセール実施により新たに生み出された売上等。
- 5+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree- 5+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English
