Job description

from Affirm careers

Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest.

The Revenue team drives Affirm’s top-line growth through strategic partnerships, pricing, and go-to-market execution. We acquire, retain, and expand merchant relationships across eCommerce, in-store, telesales, and the Affirm app. The team leads onboarding, relationship management, and performance optimization to help partners succeed. We deliver value-added solutions, drive adoption, and support long-term business growth by connecting merchants and consumers through Affirm’s products.

Affirm is seeking a strategic, senior marketing leader to own and scale our Partner Marketing function. As Director, Partner Marketing, you will define the vision and go-to-market strategy for co-marketing campaigns across our merchant network, driving growth through onsite and offsite marketing solutions. You will be responsible for setting the direction for how Affirm leverages merchant investment to fuel business growth through our growing ad partnerships including affiliate and other channels, and you’ll lead a team of marketers to execute against those strategies at scale.

You'll operate as a senior cross-functional leader across Client Success, Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Analytics, Brand, and Legal — and serve as an external face of Affirm's co-marketing capabilities with top-tier merchant partners.
