What we’re looking for
- Have an understanding of Japan’s mid-market/commercial/Majors business landscape and experience working in a high-speed growth environment.
- Have native proficiency in Japanese and business level in English
- Have a minimum of 3 years of people management experience and 10–15 years of direct B2B sales experience.
- Have used data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve sales performance.
- Have demonstrated success in motivating teams, managing underperformance, and fostering a high-performance culture.
