from Workiva careersThe Senior Solutions Consultant partners with sales and other internal stakeholders to address and develop technical customer requirements for Workiva solutions. This role will be focused on our DACH region. The Senior Solutions Consultant is responsible for uncovering customer technical requirements consultatively, delivering solutions leveraging the Workiva platform, as well as providing feedback to internal teams for product improvements.
This role is focused on understanding the connections between customers’ software systems and the management/curation of data on the Workiva platform through our proprietary data management capabilities. The best candidates will ideally bring a strong understanding of technical platforms and ability to translate and consult on customer needs within the Workiva platform.
What You’ll Do
Be the technical lead for sales opportunities as it relates to integration and data management externally and within the Workiva platform
Play a critical role in the sales process - bridging the gap between technical expertise and customer needs
Facilitate and guide IT conversations as it relates to the user and fit of the Workiva platform within a customer’s technology ecosystem
Partner with Regional Sales Directors and other customer-facing teams to work with customers to determine their challenges and requirements
Provide leadership with cross-functional Workiva resources throughout customer-facing initiatives
