Your New Role
Join Warner Bros. Discovery at a pivotal moment as we scale our direct-to-consumer streaming business, HBO Max, across Australia and New Zealand. This is a high-impact role at the heart of subscriber retention, shaping how millions of customers discover, engage with, and stay loyal to our world-class content.
You will own end-to-end retention and engagement marketing across the customer lifecycle, designing data-driven programs that increase usage, reduce churn, and grow lifetime value. Working cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Content, and Regional Marketing teams, you’ll turn insights into action and play a key role in delivering a best-in-class streaming experience.
