The Strategic Finance team plays a meaningful role in crafting our long-term business strategy and driving execution by exploring new opportunities.   We support Corporate and the individual Operational Areas by presenting opportunities for alignments, new growth, and cost reductions through partnerships, new products, and asset allocation.     

We are seeking a high-caliber finance professional with a background in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, or Private Equity to join our Strategic Initiatives Finance team. Unlike a traditional FP&A role, this position functions as an internal advisory unit. You will be responsible for driving the company’s long-term valuation through sophisticated financial engineering, M&A evaluation, and rigorous capital allocation analysis. You will serve as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, providing the data-driven conviction required for major enterprise decisions. 

• Strategic Modeling & Valuation: Build and maintain complex, dynamic three-statement models to forecast long-term business trajectory and evaluate the impact of various strategic pivots.
