They constitute Tesla’s front line and are our brand ambassadors, supporting our mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. A Used Car Advisor will partner with local sales, service, and remarketing team members to revolutionize the customer experience around purchasing a pre-owned car.
You'll play a key part in managing busy trade-in workflows through routine assessments, pricing calculations, and task evaluations that help customers switch seamlessly to their Tesla. Inspired by the group's achievements in producing precise, speedy work amid intense times and quarter-end sprints, you'll concentrate on elements like Final Offers, Estimates, Cases & Hotline support handling to cut back on slowdowns and facilitate prompt order turnarounds. Expect to offer immediate assistance to nearby Sales and Delivery groups on trade-in concerns and rapid corrections, adjusting to changing workloads by stepping in for coverage and helping with auction or wholesale activities when necessary. Through your efforts, you'll lower mistake levels, optimize procedures, and encourage group teamwork via hands-on troubleshooting, all while advancing daily efficiency and client contentment in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities
- Manage pipeline of Used Tesla (CPO) customers, taking ownership of accounts post-sale through delivery to customer
- Serve as customer’s main point of contact for all aspects of delivery for their Used Tesla
- Ensure account completion prior to delivery appointment including payment method, registration, insurance, etc.
- Coordinate with internal departments to finalize all documents for vehicle purchase and confirm vehicle readiness
- Collaborate with Delivery Department to meet and exceed quarterly delivery goals
- Partner with Sales and Delivery teams to streamline the trade-in experience for Tesla customers.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize trade-in operations and customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate and check trade-in vehicle information for precise pricing, covering Final Offers, Estimates, and Cases, in line with business rules and industry norms
- Assist on-site groups with immediate advice on pressing trade-in matters, emphasizing pricing estimates, conditions, and modified components to accelerate customer handovers
- Step in for extra hours, night shifts, or time off as required; adjust to high-demand times by backing auctions, wholesale efforts, or unique assignments
- Help with even shift rotations and task distribution to sustain reliable output and prevent interruptions amid demanding schedules
Requirements
- Experience in sales and operations with proven track record to meet or exceed targets and goals
- Be a self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills and has great attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and adhere to business-critical deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate relevant information to all levels of the organization
- Passionate dedication and ethical approach to sales and operations
- Valid driver’s license in the country in which you are applying, 2 year minimum driving record required with a clean driving history, and ability to be insured.
- Strong efficiency in IT systems.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs.
