Delivery Operations Advisor

Job description

Delivery is a very exciting time for customers who are preparing to take ownership of their Tesla. The Delivery Operation Specialist serves as a liaison between the local delivery and supporting teams to consistently and professionally prepare for customer deliveries. This position has a direct impact on our delivery promise as customers take ownership of their new vehicles.
<h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul class="tds-list tds-list--unordered"><li>Oversee and coordinate administrative responsibilities at&#160;the Delivery center</li><li>Monitor and manage pipeline flow and appointment calendars to ensure an accurate and efficient delivery process.</li><li>Prepare, print and process delivery documents in an accurate and timely fashion</li><li>Work cross-functionally with other sales operations teams to verify sales orders, contracts and registration documents for accuracy.</li><li>Record information and ensure data quality in our CRM and other systems</li><li>Work with other departments such as service and logistics to coordinate vehicle shipment and prep</li><li>Develop and implement best practices to provide a superior ownership experience and reflect Tesla brand values</li><li>Perform other related duties based on business needs</li></ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3><ul class="tds-list tds-list--unordered"><li>Excellent organization and communication skills</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast paced environment</li><li>Proven ability to work well with others in a team</li><li>Self-starter who is goal-oriented and highly motivated</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, according to activity volume</li><li>Ability to work across multiple systems</li><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>Automotive registration and operations experience preferred</li><li>At least 3 years' work experience</li><li>Proficient in English</li><li>Driver license's holder</li></ul>
