Engineering Manager - Core Experience (Format Foundations)

We design Spotify’s consumer experience—end to end, moment to moment, across every screen, platform, and partner integration. You’ll join the Core Experience Studio within Spotify’s Experience Mission, working in the Format Foundations Product Area. This space builds the foundations behind how users experience artists, albums, podcasts, and more across the app.

Within this area, you’ll lead Meadow — a backend platform team that powers scalable, content-agnostic metadata delivery. Meadow sits at the heart of many Spotify experiences, enabling teams across Music, Podcasts, Audiobooks, and beyond to build consistent, high-quality user experiences.
