<div>You’ll join Spotify’s Finance team, supporting our Procure-to-Pay (PTP) operations across North America. This team plays a key role in ensuring our financial processes run smoothly at scale—partnering closely with teams across Finance, Tax, Treasury, and beyond. Your work will help maintain the accuracy of our financial records while contributing to improvements that make our systems smarter and more efficient.</div><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul><div>

<li data-section-id="1wjh47d" data-start="1134" data-end="1257">Support accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, payments, and vendor management across the PTP cycle</li>
<li data-section-id="1a23ahq" data-start="1258" data-end="1368">Contribute to month-end close activities such as accruals, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting</li>
<li data-section-id="7hqfq0" data-start="1369" data-end="1464">Maintain accurate subledger records and support vendor master data updates and data quality</li>
<li data-section-id="1bw2v63" data-start="1465" data-end="1600">Partner with internal stakeholders across Finance, Tax, Treasury, and Financial Engineering to resolve issues and improve processes</li>
<li data-section-id="o8h4j7" data-start="1601" data-end="1691">Engage with vendors and internal teams, providing clear and professional communication</li>
<li data-section-id="1nb73ot" data-start="1692" data-end="1786">Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support new business needs as they arise</li>
<li data-section-id="1r2d09y" data-start="1787" data-end="1883">Use automation and AI tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of AP processes</li>

<li data-section-id="1yemts5" data-start="1908" data-end="1973">You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field</li>
<li data-section-id="za1pth" data-start="1974" data-end="2055">You have 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role</li>
<li data-section-id="vjqsos" data-start="2056" data-end="2124">You are experienced working with ERP systems and financial tools</li>
<li data-section-id="so94j7" data-start="2125" data-end="2208">You are comfortable working with large datasets and using Excel to analyze data</li>
<li data-section-id="1x8t7di" data-start="2209" data-end="2296">You know how to prioritize your work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li data-section-id="11fzgz1" data-start="2297" data-end="2381">You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders</li>
<li data-section-id="rip1i5" data-start="2382" data-end="2467">You care about accuracy and take pride in maintaining high-quality financial data</li>

<li data-section-id="b1hbvt" data-start="2690" data-end="2884">We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come in 2 times per week.</li>

</div></ul><div>The United States base range for this position is $66,189–$94,556USD, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six-month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, paid flexible holidays, and paid sick leave.
