The role
Role Overview
This role will drive transformation initiatives across Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, with a strong focus on collections and invoice processing/upload. The individual will lead process improvements, automation initiatives, and standardization efforts across geographies while ensuring operational excellence and stakeholder alignment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Own and optimize collections strategy, including aging reduction and DSO improvement.
- Improve invoice upload processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Standardize OTC processes across regions and business units.
