Role Summary
As a Community Manager, you will build authority and manage reputation on owned and third-party channels like Reddit. You will serve as the vital link between our users and our internal product and support teams. In this role, you will be the "boots on the ground," translating community needs into technical reality and ensuring our users have the information they need to succeed with our product.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a full Reddit strategy, including SEO and engagement-driven native posting.
- Manage the branded subreddit: maintain the content calendar, create content, and manage posting.
- Drive activations in target subreddits by identifying opportunities and crafting articles for engagement.
- Monitor community threads 5 days per week, providing daily reactive commenting.
- Feedback Synthesis: Identify, categorize, and prioritize user feedback and feature requests from community threads.
- Product Liaison: Relay summarized user insights to internal Product Teams to inform the development cycle.
- Technical Triage: Identify complex user issues and route them to the correct internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for resolution.
