Gestor/a de siniestros - viaje y tarjetas de crédito

Actualmente estamos buscando un/a Gestor/a de Siniestros – seguros de viaje y tarjetas de crédito.

Perfil que buscamos:

Gestor/a de Siniestros con experiencia en seguros de viaje y complementarios de tarjetas de crédito, que encaje con nuestros valores y forma de trabajar.

Principales funciones:

Gestión integral de siniestros de viaje y complementarios de tarjeta de crédito.
Coordinación de documentación y tramitación de incidencias.
Comunicación con aseguradoras y clientes.
Seguimiento y correcta gestión documental de los expedientes.
Resolución de siniestros (pagos/rechazos).
Recobro a terceros.

Requisitos:

Experiencia previa en gestión de siniestros de viaje y complementarios de tarjeta de crédito.
Conocimiento de normativa general de seguros.
Manejo de herramientas de gestión de siniestros.
Organización, autonomía y buenas habilidades de comunicación.
Nivel medio alto de inglés.
Muy valorable catalán.

Modalidad híbrida (2 días oficina / 3 teletrabajo, tras periodo de adaptación).
Horario de mañana.
