Start making an IMPACT! What will you do? Manage projects from the various small size package projects to the big and complex projects for the Digital Energy division. What skills and capabilities will make you successful? Technical Skills Knowledge Practical skills in project and site management Experience managing the full lifecycle of projects/sites from initiation to completion (order receipt, design, implementation, delivery, financial closure). Basic knowledge and practical ability in schedule management, cost control, risk management, and quality control. Knowledge of contract and procurement management Experience in managing customers, subcontractors, and suppliers, and negotiating contract terms (delivery dates, payment terms, warranties, etc.). Experience in at least one critical project area: data centers, pharmaceutical/clean rooms, semiconductor-related projects.
