What will you do: Support Customers and the Sales team with order processing, general pre-sales post-sales queries, stock levels, credit information, logistics and basic product information with the objective of continuous improvement and maximizing customer's satisfaction. Detect all opportunities to serve the customer while addressing customer support requests and perform outbound sales activities: Handle customer requests from offer creation till after sales. Provide first level of customer support (phone, email, chat,..) customer visits Provide Customer support related to: Commercial Support (Price Availability , Product selection, Catalogue questions) Logistics: Order Entry / Management; Promote our Schneider digital tool related to the customer support responsible to engage the customers to use it Lead Continues improvement action to bring efficiency on our daily operations enhance customer experience Handling customer complains close follow up with all stakeholders till complain closure.
