As a Building Automation Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to drive sales of BMS by leveraging your expertise in building automation and control systems. Your role involves engaging with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored BMS solutions. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities for BMS, understanding customer requirements, and presenting compelling service proposals. You will also collaborate with technical teams to ensure that proposed BMS services align with customer needs and technical capabilities. In addition, you will be tasked with building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and serving as a trusted advisor on BMS offerings. Your role also involves conducting market research to identify potential clients and staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
