Automation System Design Implementation Design and develop automation solutions using PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems Prepare control philosophies, functional design specifications (FDS), and detailed engineering documents Configure and program PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, etc.) Develop HMI/SCADA screens for process visualization and control 2. Project Execution Execute automation projects from concept to commissioning Vendor coordination and review of engineering deliverables Conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality, and safety standards 3. Maintenance Troubleshooting Provide support for existing automation systems Diagnose and resolve PLC/DCS/SCADA-related issues Perform periodic system health checks and preventive maintenance Implement system upgrades and modifications 4. Process Optimization Analyze process performance and implement automation improvements Reduce downtime and increase plant efficiency through control strategies Integrate advanced control techniques where applicable 5.
