Summary Main overview of what the job entails and aims towards Manage technical-commercial tenders and quotations for Access to Energy business. Propose architecture solutions (Off-Grid / On Grid / Hybrid / Solar System for productive application with VFD ) suitable for Access to Energy market. Support the Access to Energy system integrators and channel partners for installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of solar installation. Responsibilities Coordinating with sales, businesses develop teams and customers to understand requirements and design competitive, efficient, and reliable PV system to provide safe, reliable, and green energy solutions for different applications. Review of tenders and preparation of techno commercial proposals for Microgrids, BESS, Solar System for productive application with VFD in coordination with tendering team. Design of standardized PV system for various applications. Provide technical support for commissioning and troubleshooting of installed bases. The job requires travel of 1-2 weeks /month. Reporting to : Director, Access to Energy Qualifications Essential: B.E /B Tech in Electrical /Electronic Engineering Knowledge/Experience 8-15 years of experience in design, installation and commissioning off-grid, on-grid and hybrid PV systems , Solar System for productive application with VFD Experience in leading cross functional projects. Experience in working with Global team. Aptitudes /Attitudes Required Has good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and is able to easily communicate with a wide range of internal employees, external people. Able to manage one’s own time, often prioritizing and setting objectives and meeting tight timescales. Able to easily deal with potential conflict or difficult situations with internal and external contacts. Good writing skills for internal reporting. Self-motivated and able to work without supervision for several days at a time. Resourceful and determined to find solutions to problems.
