We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR Director and HRBPs in various strategic and operational activities. As part of the HR team, you will: Support the monitoring and updating of HR dashboards, including key performance indicators, workforce distribution, and age demographics Assist HRBPs in the implementation of HR initiatives across different departments Contribute to the preparation of works council meetings and other employee representative bodies Participate in collective and engagement projects, such as volunteering activities, solidarity actions, and CSR initiatives Assist in the drafting and review of HR policies, such as supporting the development of the company car policy What student…
