This role will provide legal advice and support across a broad spectrum of employee benefits and executive compensation matters. In this role, you will be part of the North American Legal team for Schneider Electric, a Global Fortune 500 Company with responsibilities including but not limited to: What will you do? Provide high-quality legal advice on U.S. laws applicable to retirement plans (qualified and non-qualified), health and welfare plans, and select executive compensation and fringe benefit matters (collectively, Plans and Programs). Serve as a trusted partner for the Human Resources, Treasury, and other internal client teams in the design, implementation, and administration of the Plans and Programs. Advise and counsel the Company’s plan administration and investment committees in both their fiduciary and settlor capacities. Support benefits and executive compensation matters in Company M A activity.
