People Operations & Payroll Specialist

We are looking for an People Operations Specialist that shares our passion and energy to contribute to our company mission by working in HR supporting employees to excel with our customers. What will you do? Drive main employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding Perform workforce administration activities (i.e. preparation of employment related documents, HRIS updates...) within a defined process in compliance with local law regulations Run independently the entire payroll process starting with the data collection (time sheets, salary elements data, benefits etc.), check payroll system computation, act as liaison between Finance and HR for payment process Provide support and consultation to Employees regarding HR process and HR-related items Ensure correct application of social and fiscal legislation and internal agreements Participate on HR digital tools implementation locally and regionally in partnership with global stakeholders and vendors Maintain HR policies up to date Prepare HR related reports, on a regular or ad-hoc basis Triage employee enquiries via our ticketing system and build and update HR information available 24x7 based on subject matter’s expertise Cultivate continued partnership within HR, other functions and vendors to ensure sustained service delivery Other HR related tasks which are the result of internal priorities or team…
