Job description

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Consultant – SAP Mexico to support and enhance our payroll operations and systems landscape. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in SAP Mexico Payroll, including configuration, schemas, rules, and functional troubleshooting. The consultant will play a critical role in ensuring seamless payroll execution and resolving integration challenges between Oracle systems and external payroll vendors. This is a highly collaborative role requiring both technical and functional payroll expertise, along with strong communication skills in Spanish and English. The position follows a hybrid work model based in Monterrey, with flexibility to travel domestically or internationally as needed. What will you do: Design, configure, and support SAP Mexico Payroll, including schemas, rules, and payroll processing logic. Perform end-to-end payroll analysis and functional debugging to identify and resolve payroll calculation issues. Manage and support data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of payroll data. Monitor, analyze, and resolve integration issues between Oracle systems and external payroll vendors. Execute payroll validation activities, including reconciliations, variance analysis, and troubleshooting discrepancies.
