Job description

Identify gaps, develop and implement solutions to drive Performance Improvement across multiple warehouse sites/operations activities including data collection, assessment and collection, facility layouts, process design, staff planning, budgeting and proposal development. Effectively utilize data when analyzing issues and problem solving Leads project teams in LEAN improvement projects as designated by management Creating strategy for warehouse models with AutoCad/ CLASS or other tools to optimize it Design, evolve, deploy manage standards, methodologies and tools, exploiting the best practice process through leveraging the network of Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) Specialized in setting up new warehouse (Infrastructure) – Green field Existing warehouse Familiar with Warehouse Layout design, Plan for material storage facility (i.e. Different types of racking systems, trolleys, bins) Define Material flow from Supplier location to point of use on Production line, Material routing methods, Line side supplying methods etc Automation expertise in warehouse / DC like implementation of AGV, RF Scan gun, Tracking systems, Conveyors, Guided Order pickers, Batch job runs in WMS, Barcoding, Digital dashboards, robotic packaging, ASRS, etc Setting Min/ Max level for all local/ items as per its store space availability Implement Industry best practices like WMS (Warehouse Management System), KANBAN, JIS, JIT, eKANBAN for material procurement, Milk…
