Job description

We are seeking a Senior Logistics and Warehouse Business Analyst to support the Titan Transformation Program as enterprise resource planning systems are deployed across manufacturing plants in North America. This role is responsible for leading the transition from legacy systems to a future-state warehouse management solution while driving continuous improvement across supply chain operations. You will partner closely with plant operations, supply chain teams, and technology resources to ensure end-to-end warehouse and logistics processes align with business needs. Travel required up to 50% percent within the North America market. U.S.-based telecommuting is available for this role, and fully remote options may be considered. Key Responsibilities Program and Project Engagement Lead the identification and documentation of warehouse management business requirements and translate them into clear functional needs for system configuration.
