Job description

Key Responsibilities Quality Management System (QMS) Establish, maintain, and improve QMS aligned with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 / AS9100 / ISO 13485 (as applicable). Ensure adherence to IPC standards (IPC‑A‑610, IPC‑7711/7721, IPC‑J‑STD‑001). Lead internal audits, management reviews, and certification audits. Own quality documentation including SOPs, work instructions, and control plans. PCBA Process Quality Assurance Oversee quality control across SMT, THT, selective soldering, wave soldering, and final assembly. Ensure effective implementation of SPI, AOI, X‑ray, ICT, FCT, and burn‑in testing. Define and monitor critical process parameters and inspection checkpoints. Review DFM/DFT feedback and support engineering during NPI and ECN implementation. Defect Reduction Continuous Improvement Drive root cause analysis (RCA) using tools such as 8D, 5‑Why, Fishbone, FMEA. Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for internal and customer issues. Track, analyze, and improve KPIs like FPY, DPPM, DOA, rework, and scrap. Promote Lean, Six Sigma, and mistake‑proofing (Poka‑Yoke) initiatives. Customer Quality Management Act as the primary quality interface for customers regarding PCBA quality issues. Manage customer complaints, returns, and audits with timely closure of actions. Support PPAP, FAIR, and customer‑specific quality requirements. Ensure compliance with shipment readiness and quality acceptance criteria.
