Lead the process from order to cash in each project: Lead the execution Kick Off between Sales, Systems Engineers, Quoting Team and Service Team Be in contact with customers and other stakeholders to define the execution plan and follow-up. Control of the suppliers on site, visiting the customer site Coordinate with internal department to get the correct resources to execute the project Coordinate with Health and Safety department to be sure the execution is sure for our people but also for customer Coordinate with logistic supplier the deliveries Coordinate with assembly supplier the job on site Be the single point of contact between SE and customer during the execution of the project Define when the project will be invoiced Be the single point of contact with the resto of organization: Finance, VPs, Customer Satisfaction, … Participate on definition of the offer to be sent to customer Be part of the project team, representing execution and logistics Write the technical specifications to select the supplier for each project.
