Job description

We are looking for the Senior Data Center HVAC Service Representative to be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and critical cooling systems within data center environments. This role requires advanced technical expertise, extensive field experience, and the ability to handle complex troubleshooting and escalations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong knowledge of data center cooling technologies, including both air and liquid cooling systems, and is committed to ensuring high level of system reliability, performance, and operational efficiency. Additionally, the role includes providing technical guidance to junior engineer. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Carry out site activities including startup, repair, preventive maintenance, and field modifications of HVAC equipment. Support and work on liquid cooling systems, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization. Handle complex technical issues and resolve escalated service cases independently. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians within the team. Collaborate with the regional quality and factory teams on escalated cases and root cause analysis reports. Diagnose faults and perform corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
