from Schneider Electric careersThe Senior Manager – KAM (Commercial Real Estate) is responsible for owning, expanding, and deepening relationships with strategic CRE developers and asset owners by driving long‑term account strategies and positioning Schneider Electric as a trusted partner for electrification, digital buildings, energy efficiency, and sustainability across the asset lifecycle. The role focuses on large developer accounts and marquee commercial assets, ensuring strong account penetration, large project influence, and integrated One SE solution adoption across Power Systems, Digital Energy, Building Management Systems, Software, Sustainability, and Lifecycle Services. Key Responsibilities Strategic Account Ownership Own a defined portfolio of strategic commercial real estate accounts (developers, institutional investors, asset owners, REITs). Develop and execute multi‑year account strategies covering new developments, campus expansions, refurbishments, tenant upgrades, and asset digitization. Build deep CXO‑level relationships with Promoters, CEOs, Asset Heads, Project Directors, Engineering Facilities Leaders. Position Schneider Electric as a long‑term lifecycle partner, not just a project supplier. Business Growth Revenue Delivery Drive order booking, pipeline creation, and conversion across projects, retrofits, and services. Influence consultants, PMCs, architects, and EPCs to secure specified / preferred Schneider solutions.
