Description - Internal Responsibilities 1 - Animate the project team and lead the product cost simulation during the whole project phase with the product cost methodology (Design to Cost/Should cost/profitability…). Objective is to make the new product cost meet marketing target and offer the product cost for orient the design/supply chain/Industrialization strategy solution select in R D phase. 2 – Lead the Competitor Analysis on existing product cost of internal external “benchmark” . 3 – Explain the cost variance between project stage gate .
