Role Summary The Facilities Workplace Design team is Rivian’s in-house design team focused on the physical typologies of the brand; Office and R+D facilities. Our ideal candidate is a collaborative, creative thinker, with an experienced understanding of facility workplace and lab technical needs. The candidate will act as an architectural Design Manager subject matter expert for Workplace Facilities. This is a dynamic position focused on cross-functional collaboration and translating the Rivian workplace needs into spaces that are functional, efficient, executed in such a way that is representative of our compass values.
